This game is an odd one in terms of when I made it. I made it during middle school in 2014 which was about 2 years after I stopped uploading games to YoYoGames. It was not far from my prime time during it's era, but definitely not IN the era.
Obivously, this game was extremely popular among nearly everyone in school at the time and I guess I wanted to make my own. I saw a video on Youtube of someone "beating" Flappy Bird. Of course this was a fake video. I think Mario eventually came at the end (in the video) and killed the bird.
Anyway, it has two modes. A normal and a hard mode as indicated by the red "START" button. The hard mode is just faster screen scroll.
I'm not sure if there is an "ending" to this game either as there is only the .exe file for the game available. In other words, I haven't been bothered to try and finish it! I don't believe there's any real ending, I think the bird might just fly off the right side of the screen forever. But if you want to see for yourself then go ahead. I can tell I matured with my technical ability to actually upload the damn .exe file this time! All my other attempts I just uploaded the raw project file which, for archiving, was very useful! But maybe not so useful to actual players.
Also, love the "BETA 1.1" that scrolls across the screen AT ALL TIMES! I was so egostistical that I could make games. It purely was a way to show people what I knew about game development. I still do it now, but I do it for my own tracking of progress mainly.
