Fuck sake. So my album for the last track uses some city sound effects that I found on YouTube. It was this video that was 10 minutes long and I presumed that it was free to use. But apparently that video took a 5 minute sample from this licensed song called 混雑した市内中心部 by ASMR which is just city ambience. I was listening to them side by side until a car rev sound gave it all away. Yes, I managed to use a literal licensed piece of sound.

Currently sitting at work, I had the email come through from Distrokid, and I’m tempted to just stand outside and record a voice note after work is finished today just so I definitely have my own audio. I can’t believe it honestly. I wondered why the album was taking its time to get on Spotify, and its especially annoying considering its just a damn outro track.
