Just gonna keep this image of this fucking powder on the left here. Because I'm continuing my conversation from last week about it. I hate it :) quite literally it made me feel like complete shit. When I could only have 1 damn scoop of the stuff (which only accounts to about 150 calories) I felt like a literal hunk of concrete with none of the benefits. I was fake full, not actually full. Out of spite, I went out and got a big mac meal from McDonalds. I ate it all, felt actually full, and I actually got what I wanted which was CALORIES. Yep, that meal is 1,000 calories. Meanwhile, this powder I can barely get 1 scoop down and it gives me like 150 calories. It leaves me feeling like a cement brick while not actually filling me up. It just bloats me.
