Now that Tunnel Rot is essentially finished, I am feeling a lot better about my free time. I actually have a desire to do other things like tidy the house, do my laundry, etc. It has seriously consumed so much of my energy. I still have things to do of course, like marketing and adding small updates, but the whole game is done. I still can't really believe I'm saying that, that the game is DONE. It is genuinely done, it's a finished product!
I hope to add more to this diary in the coming days and weeks as my energy returns to updating the diary. I also hope to talk to my friends again from high school some more. I have neglected them for the past few months purely because I needed to lock in on this game. I feel bad about it, but I explained to one of them and he understood. WinklerJr, he playtested the game and gave me some real good feedback on it. He managed to finish the game which kinda surprised me for two reasons. One, I thought that the game was still unintuitive, and two, he doesn't really play FNAF style games. But he did, and he pointed out that the sound design was one of the best parts which is what I was definitely going for!
