Holy shit, today was absolutely just crazy like, my brain is fucking fried. I own a car, I literally own a friggin' car now. It's sitting on my drive way as I write this and that is just crazy to me. My dad came at about 5:10 because I thought he said he'll be there for 5:30, but he actually meant 6:30 which I didn't even expect, because his business closes at 5:30 on Mondays. So, we just stood outside for literally over an hour and a half! I was absolutely tired as fuck but I love my dad for waiting for me all that time. I told him repeatedly that he could just go home and that I was sorry, and he just said "No it's alright, I don't mind.", so I appreciated that a lot. He took it for a quick drive up the road and back down and he said it drove really nice, also the car itself honestly looks good! Like the interior isn't bad at all. I wish the seats were more adjustable, but it seems you can only move them back and forward, as well as tilt the seats back. I took a couple of photos below with what the car looks like.

The guy selling me the car got an Uber home, and I was like I'll pay for your Uber since you dropped this off for free AND also out of his hours (it was 7 PM). He said it was okay, but then the Uber was gonna cost him about £20, so I said I'll pay half and we agreed on that. But yeah, I really like the car ALOT. Even though it's technically a cheap car, like parts of the interior are just plastic, but still I love the feel of the steering wheel, its like a bit soft? And just the fact that this car is small as shit is great to know.

So, I've paid £2500 for a car and another £944 for insurance. What next? Fucking indicator tax? Well, thankfully road tax is only £20 a year, fucking pennies compared to some other cars which wanted almost £300 a year. I just taxed it now and they charged £3 to start it off. But it's only £1.60 a month which is fine. Now, I'm fully road legal. I can get in that car and just drive it legally. It's weird honestly. I never thought I'd actually have a car, but I do. I'm gonna try and make my first ever drive tomorrow after work just around the block because I need to do it at some point. It will be scary, but I hope it goes well. I'll just go very slow you know?
